Andrea Cazzaniga is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in embedded systems. Currently serving as the Embedded Software Tech Lead and previously as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Empatica since September 2019, Andrea has cultivated expertise in firmware development. Prior experience includes a role as a Firmware Engineer at SELETECH ENGINEERING SRL from February 2013 to August 2019 and as a Research Assistant at Politecnico di Milano, contributing to the FASTER European project as a designer of FPGA-based systems. Additionally, Andrea worked as an Internet Quality Assessor at Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Harvard University, along with a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and EPFL.
