Natasha Hill has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2013 to July 2015. Natasha then worked as a Sales Director at Mary Kay Inc. from March 2015 to June 2017, where they trained and coached a group of women to reach their personal and team goals. After that, they joined TriNet as a Sales Development Representative from July 2017 to May 2019, building relationships with tech start-ups, venture capital firms, and other service providers. Natasha then worked as a Consultant at Vensure Employer Services from May 2019 to December 2019. From March 2020 to November 2020, Natasha worked as an Office Manager at Get Coastal Exteriors, Inc., where they managed accounts, handled customer service, and maintained inventory. Natasha then became a Sales Development Representative at OPSWAT from November 2020 to June 2021. Following that, they joined Cleo, starting as a Sales Development Representative from June 2021 to February 2022. Natasha was then promoted to SDR Team Lead from February 2022 to October 2022, and eventually became an SDR Manager from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Natasha is working as a Lead SDR at Empathy since February 2023.

Natasha Hill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Sales Management 101 Boot Camp from Factor 8 in September 2022, Conversational Sales Certified from Drift in May 2021, and PACE from Renew Financial in May 2020.
