Natalia de Vicente has a strong background in business development and human resources. Natalia worked at Empathy.co as a People Director starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of People & Talent Manager at the same company from July 2020 to December 2022. Before joining Empathy.co, Natalia worked as an HR & Finance Controller at the company from May 2016 to July 2020. Natalia also has experience in business development, working as a Business Developer at Mapfre from March 2015 to May 2016, at GRUPO CORTEFIEL from March 2014 to February 2015, and at Inditex from February 2010 to March 2014.

Natalia de Vicente has a degree in Magisterio from the Universidad de Oviedo. Natalia also has a master's degree in Mediation from the Universidad Camilo José Cela.
