Caitlin Marschall is a professional with significant experience in provider network development and administrative support. Currently serving as a Provider Network Development Specialist at Empathia, Inc./LifeMatters since September 2016, Caitlin facilitates growth within the national affiliate provider network and monitors provider-client interactions to ensure exceptional service. Prior to this role, Caitlin was a Student Administrative Assistant at Luther College from September 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included producing communication materials, maintaining organizational systems, and managing phone communications. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Sociology from Luther College, obtained in 2016.
