Christy Kirkpatrick is the Founder and CEO of Empanda Pty Ltd, which specializes in providing an online learning platform named Juno, emphasizing user-friendly content creation and learner engagement since November 2014. Previously, Christy held roles such as Change and Training Lead for Retail Transformation at Shoprite, where expertise in organizational change and training during SAP implementations was demonstrated. Other notable positions include National Executive Director of the Government Support Unit for the Democratic Alliance, Change, Learning and Transformation Consultant at HCL-Axon, and Programme Manager at BT Wholesale. Christy also served as Research Director at CCR Partners Ltd, contributing to finance strategy publications, and as a Telecommunications and HiTech Consultant at Accenture. Christy began a military career as a 2nd Lieutenant in the British Army. Christy holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
