César Martínez León is an experienced professional in innovation and strategic management, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Empack Limitada since July 2019, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of innovation and leading multidisciplinary teams. Prior to this, César held the position of Category Manager, focusing on protective packaging strategies in a competitive industry. As a freelance strategy and innovation consultant from August 2017 to June 2019, César applied various innovation methodologies across different sectors tailored to client needs. César's previous roles at Hilti Latin America extended from Regional Category Manager to Senior Product Manager, emphasizing commercial strategy development and product management in key Latin American markets. César holds a Master's degree in Innovation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, complemented by dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from UCAB.
