Reda ABHAJ has a diverse work experience in the field of thermal engineering and simulation. They started their career at Valeo Lighting Systems as a Thermal Simulation Engineer. They then worked at Chicago Pneumatic Georges Renault as a Mechanical Design Engineer. After that, they joined AGCO Corporation - Massey Ferguson as a Project Engineer, where they were involved in the design and development of tractor exhaust systems. Reda also worked at Valeo as a Simulation Engineer, specializing in electro-thermal and mechanical simulation of various products. They later joined Eberspaecher as a Senior Simulation Engineer, where they conducted FE calculations on exhaust systems. Most recently, Reda has been working at Emotors as a Thermal Engineer, responsible for the thermal management of inverters on SmartCar projects.

Reda ABHAJ completed their education in the field of mechanical engineering. From 2006 to 2010, they attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Sud Alsace, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Conception & Calcul Mécanique. In the same year, they also completed their studies at ENSI Sud Alsace, earning a degree in Ingénierie Mécanique.
