Raouf Benlamine, Ph.D, has extensive work experience in the field of electrical machines design. Raouf started their career as an Intern at IFP Energies nouvelles in 2011, where they gained valuable knowledge in the industry. Raouf then joined Renault as a Ph.D researcher, working on their doctorate from November 2011 to January 2015. After this, they worked as an R&D Engineer in the design of electrical machines at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from February 2015 to July 2015. Following that, they were an Engineer in the design of electric machines at VEDECOM from July 2015 to January 2019. In 2019, they joined SMT as a Senior Electric Motor Engineer, contributing their expertise until July 2019. Raouf then transitioned to Eaton as a Senior Electrical Machines Design Engineer from October 2019 to September 2021. Raouf'snext role was as a Principal Engineer - Electrical Machines Designer at Safran from September 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they are working at Emotors as an Electrical Machine Design Engineer, beginning their tenure in January 2023.

Raouf Benlamine, Ph.D, began their education in 2010 by pursuing a Master's degree in Electrification and Automotive Propulsion at CentraleSupélec. During the same period, they also attended École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay for another Master's degree, although the specific field of study is not provided. In 2011, they continued their education at Université de Franche-Comté, where they completed a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, specialized in Génie électrique, in 2015.
