Hongbin Zhuang has a diverse work experience. Hongbin co-founded Emotech LTD in 2014 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at renren.com from 2007 to 2013. In their role as a Senior Product Manager, they led a team of 15 and was responsible for several key product upgrades that led to significant growth in the number of daily login users. Hongbin also expanded Renren from the college market to high school and workspace markets. Additionally, they initiated the first mobile version of Renren.com and defined the product strategy of Renren as user-generated content (UGC), which proved to be vital for its sustainable growth.

Hongbin Zhuang obtained a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction & Ergonomics from University College London, U. of London, between 2013 and 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications from 2000 to 2004. The field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not specified.
