Kristina Bethea Odejimi, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Belonging, Engagement, and Community and Dean of Students at Emory University since June 2023. Previously, Odejimi held the position of Dean of Students at Bowdoin College from August 2019 to June 2023, and prior to that, served as Dean of Students at St. Margaret's School from July 2014 to June 2019. Odejimi's career includes experience as an Athletics Academic Coordinator at the University of Virginia from March 2011 to June 2014 and as Coordinator for Residence Education and Resident Director at the University of Arkansas from July 2007 to March 2011. Odejimi earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Education in Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology & Black Studies from Denison University.
