Christy Fleming is an experienced clinical operations professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Emmecell since November 2020. Prior to this role, Christy worked at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA) from January 2014 to November 2020 as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating complex clinical research trials, maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, training and mentoring staff, and managing patient interactions and documentation. Christy also held the position of Ophthalmic Technician at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat from January 2013 to January 2014. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Meredith College.
