Martie Metzler is an experienced Episcopal clergy member currently serving as the Assistant Priest at Emmanuel Episcopal Church since February 2013, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Rector. Prior experience includes serving as Priest in Charge at Church of the Holy Innocents from 2010 to 2013 and Associate Rector at St. James Episcopal Church from 2005 to 2010, focusing on pastoral care and new member ministry. Martie Metzler also held the position of Director of Pastoral Care at the InterReligious Council from 2002 to 2005, overseeing interfaith Chaplains in multiple institutions and managing chaplaincy at Crouse Hospital. Previously, Martie Metzler served as Canon and Acting Dean at St. Paul's Cathedral from 1991 to 2002. Educational background includes a Master of Divinity degree from Bexley Hall Episcopal Seminary, obtained between 1980 and 1983.
