Carol Jacoby is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving in Pharmaceutical Investigations at EMMA International since March 2023. Previously, Carol worked as a Quality Assurance/Regulatory Compliance Consultant at Compliance Insight, where support was provided to Atara Biotherapeutics during a successful EU pre-approval inspection. Prior roles include Product Compliance Scientist at ICON plc, Sr. Validation Consultant at Pinnaql Inc., and Biodefense Validation Engineer at the Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies. With over a decade as a Research Scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute and experience as a Research Assistant at Alfred University, Carol holds a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Materials Engineering Science from Alfred University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania.
