Randy Wong is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at EMM Consulting Pty Limited since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Partner at Org, where Randy led Finance Transformation advisory services, and as COO and Director of Advisory Services at GK Horizons. At the NSW Department of Industry, Randy worked as a Consultant, and at Norton Rose Fulbright, Randy served as Head of Finance, overseeing strategic and operational financial management. From 2015 to 2016, Randy was CFO and Head of Finance Transformation at MinterEllison, responsible for driving finance function reforms. Earlier, Randy was Regional Head of Financial Management for Asia Pacific at KPMG Australia, where responsibilities included leading finance engagements. Randy's experience also includes a Senior Manager position at Westpac, as well as roles as Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Westpac Singapore. Randy Wong holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
