Liz Webb serves as the CEO and Managing Director of EMM Consulting Pty Limited since December 2016, emphasizing a strong organizational culture through authentic leadership. Previously, Liz held the role of Director at EMM starting in July 2013 and was the Groundwater Practice Leader at Parsons Brinckerhoff from September 2006 to June 2013, managing a team of 16 hydrogeologists across various sectors. Liz began their career as a Hydrogeologist with the Department of Water Resources from 1994 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing the dryland salinity program in the Murrumbidgee Valley. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Engineering with a focus on Hydrogeology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's in Science in Environmental and Earth Science from Charles Sturt University, along with studies at Harvard Business School.
