Steve Guertler has held various roles in the automotive industry. Steve began their career at Wheels, Inc. in 1983 as the Director of Customer Service Operations and remained in this position until 2006. In 2006, they joined EMKAY, Inc. as the Vice President of Service Operations. Steve was later promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations in March 2022.

Steve Guertler attended Illinois State University from 1979 to 1983. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics, Education, and History.
