Santosh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Santosh started their career as a Field Support Engineer at Srectruminfo from February 2016 to September 2017. Santosh then joined Impact Infotech Private Limited, working as a Desktop Support Engineer from January 2018 to April 2019. During their time at Impact Infotech, they provided technical support to 25-30 users at the client site of ECGC Ltd. in Kolkata, as well as remote support for 15-20 users. In 2019, Santosh joined Pentagon System and Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Support Engineer, where they worked until October 2020. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Manager at Emiza Inc. from October 2020.

Santosh Kumar's education history begins in 2009 when they attended S.D College Gouripur in Bhagalpur, where they pursued a High Secondary degree with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Santosh completed this program in 2012.

In 2013, Santosh enrolled in Jetking and pursued a Computer diploma specializing in Computer Hardware & Networking. Santosh completed this diploma in 2015.

In 2012, Santosh began their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature at Bhagalpur Careers. Santosh completed this program in 2016.
