Sean Whelan is a highly experienced pharmacy professional, currently serving as a Senior Informatics Pharmacist at EMIS since January 2012, focusing on pharmaceutical and clinical terminology database management. Prior experience includes a role as a Palliative Care Pharmacist at Sue Ryder Care from February 2010 to December 2011, and extensive experience in community pharmacy from July 1995 to December 2011, including significant positions at Tesco Pharmacy and an independent pharmacy in Haworth. Sean Whelan holds a 1st class honours BSc in Pharmacy from The University of Manchester, completed from 1991 to 1994, and attended Ermysted' Grammar School from 1984 to 1991.
