Youness Ghanim is an experienced software quality assurance engineer and IT consultant with a strong background in automation testing and software development across various technologies and platforms. Currently serving as the Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Emirates since January 2019, Youness coordinates business and technical quality criteria and assists engineering teams with test strategies. Previous roles include consulting for companies like Sigma Connectivity Engineering and working as a software QA process owner at Seco Tools, where responsibilities involved defining testing strategies and leading testing activities. Youness has held positions at notable organizations including Facebook, Qlik, Sony Mobile Communications, and HomeEnter, gaining expertise in areas such as web development, embedded systems, and business intelligence solutions. Youness holds a Master’s degree in Society Science and Technology from Lund University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Management Information Systems from the International Institute for Higher Education.
