Ala Masadeh is a highly experienced Senior Plant Manager at Emirates Steel Arkan since August 2022, responsible for leading the Cement Division and ensuring exceptional performance benchmarks in safety, sustainable industrial excellence, and customer orientation. Prior experience includes a decade at Arkan Building Materials PJSC, where Ala held various roles, including Acting Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager, focusing on safety and optimization of maintenance operations. Earlier career accomplishments span positions at Cementra and Holcim, with responsibilities in project management, engineering, and methods optimization. Ala holds an MSc in Project Management from The University of Salford, a Professional Diploma in Engineering Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and a B.Sc. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
