Haytham Mohamed Ahmed El Shamy has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently employed at Emirates Islamic since July 2021 as a Customer Service professional, previous roles include Customer Service Advisor at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) from January 2019 to June 2021, and Senior Sales and Customer Services Executive at Dubai Islamic Bank from August 2017 to January 2019. Throughout the career, Haytham has consistently achieved sales targets, supervised customer applications, and maintained high standards of customer service across various financial institutions, including ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, ASN, and several positions in branch management in trading companies.
