Nanor Awadiss currently serves as the Director of the Customer Happiness Center at Emirates Development Bank, a position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experience and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and complaints. Prior experience spans a significant tenure at Mashreq Bank, concluding in 2019, in roles including Team Manager and Sales Manager in various capacities, and at Abu Dhabi Finance, where Nanor excelled as a Senior Mortgage Advisor. Previous career highlights also include the role of Senior Relationship Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and various sales and administrative positions in earlier years, complemented by advanced academic qualifications including an MBA in International Business from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.
