Rejith Arjunan, PhD, is a seasoned sports coaching professional with extensive experience in cricket and physical education. Currently serving as Founder and Managing Director at BREAK🏏THROUGH Sports Coaching Services since June 2023, Rejith also owns Break Through Sports Coaching, providing personal and group coaching. At the ICC Academy Dubai since 2013, Rejith functions as a high-performance cricket coach and curriculum developer for junior teams. Rejith has also held roles as Assistant Coach for both the senior and U19 men’s teams at the Emirates Cricket Board since November 2021 and as a Supervisor cum Assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh program at Gems Education since 2017. Other positions include Head of Cricket at Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai, Head of Physical Education at ASPAM Indian International School, and various coaching and managerial roles in sports organizations. Rejith holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Education and a Master's in Sports Psychology from the University of Kerala.
