Els Ghesquiere is an experienced professional in supported employment and workforce integration, currently serving as a Coach and Facilitator at emino vzw since January 2018, where the focus is on employment for individuals with disabilities and health issues. In addition, Els Ghesquiere has been a guest lecturer at Arteveldehogeschool since September 2021 and has worked as a coach at Jobcentrum vzw since January 2001, assisting individuals in securing sustainable employment.
