Victor Nwosu started their work experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Abia State University Teaching Hospital in June 2012. Victor then worked as an Assistant Regional Director at Peace Foundation Company from May 2008 to July 2011. After that, they worked as a Science Teacher at Kwatashi Academy, Kortokoshi from May 2015 to May 2016. Victor then joined Calvary International Schools as a Science Educator from October 2018 to May 2019. In 2016, they had two roles simultaneously: as a Consultant at Online Legal Marketing and as a Manager at Eminent IT. Most recently, Victor has been working as a Scientific Officer at Abia State Ministry of Health since June 2019.

Victor Nwosu graduated from Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture in 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology. Victor then pursued further education at Running Jack Technology from 2015 to 2016 and completed a Professional Diploma II in Computer Science. Prior to these qualifications, Victor attended Abia State Senior Science School from 2005 to 2008 and obtained their SSCE degree. Additionally, in March 2022, they became an Associate Member of the Nigerian Society of Microbiology. Apart from these certifications, Victor also holds a Professional Diploma in Computer Science and has completed the Vision Alive Foundation program, although specific details regarding the institution and the time of completion are unavailable.
