Ilaria Bergamini has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Project Manager and Deputy Head of the Organizational Development and Innovation Office at Emil Banca Credito Cooperativo since January 2012. Ilaria has also held various roles within the same institution, including Organizational Office Referent, Agro-food Sector Referent, and Corporate Manager, as well as positions in credit and branch operations from April 2004 to April 2010. Prior to this, Ilaria worked as a researcher at Università degli Studi di Ferrara from July 2002 to April 2004. Ilaria holds a degree in Economics of Private Enterprises and Financial Markets from Università degli Studi di Ferrara, completed in 2002, and further intellectual development was achieved through studies at Accademia BCC in 2017.
