Shadin Maali's work experience includes holding the role of National Director of Operations and Growth at Emgage since February 2023. Prior to that, from January 2021 to February 2023, Shadin served as Chief of District Affairs at the U.S. House of Representatives. Shadin also worked as a Public Affairs Consultant as a self-employed individual from August 2020 to January 2021. Before that, Shadin was a Principal/Executive Search Consultant at Gaines International | Allen Austin from July 2018 to March 2020. From January 2011 to July 2018, Shadin owned and operated an Endodontic Specialty Practice as a self-employed administrator. Shadin also worked as a Research Manager at Gaines International | Allen Austin from September 1999 to January 2004, and as an Academic Advisor at Moraine Valley Community College from January 1996 to February 1999.

Shadin Maali holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
