William H. (Bill) Easter III is a seasoned board member with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Bluesource Sustainable Forests Company and Emerson, where William H (Bill) also chairs the Technology & Environmental Committee. Previously, Easter held significant roles on the boards of Delta Airlines, Aeromexico, and Concho Resources, where William H (Bill) chaired the Audit and Compensation Committees, respectively. Their leadership experience also includes positions at Baker Hughes and Sunoco Refining & Marketing, as well as serving as Chairman, President, and CEO of DCP Midstream. Easter holds a Master's degree in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
