Robin Leali has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Emerson Automation Solutions since September 2008. Prior roles at Emerson include Human Resources Manager for North America Sales, Human Resources Director, and HR Analyst. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Barr Engineering Co. from 1998 to 2004. Robin Leali earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, completing studies from 1985 to 1990.
