Manoj Kumar Bangaru, PMP, CSM, CEA, is an experienced senior manager in digital transformation at Emerson, leading the Digital Twin Retrofit Group since December 2010. Manoj manages a team of over ten engineers, driving innovation and business growth while contributing to organizational strategies towards smarter and more sustainable solutions. Previous roles include leading modeling teams for power plant simulators and performance software, as well as overseeing factory and site acceptance tests. Prior to Emerson, Manoj held positions at GVK POWER as a senior engineer overseeing operations of a combined cycle power plant, and at Essar Power Ltd as a project engineer focusing on the erection and commissioning of power plants. Manoj holds a post graduate diploma in business management from the Integral Institute of Advanced Management and a mechanical engineering degree from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata.
