Arthur Hall has a strong background in employee benefits brokerage and consulting. Arthur started their career as a Group Sales Representative at Paul Revere Insurance Group in 1992 and worked there until 1995. In 1995, they became the CEO of Emerson Reid & Co. Inc, the largest wholesale employee benefits organization in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania market. Arthur Hall joined USI in 2014 as the Senior Vice President- National Practice Leader Employee Benefits. USI is a leading middle market employee benefits broker with a focus on delivering measurable solutions and customer satisfaction.

Arthur Hall attended The Catholic University of America from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
