Christina Kelder

Human Resources Manager at Emerson Reid

Christina Kelder has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christina started their career as an intern at Rockland Child Development Services in 2010, where they gained hands-on experience in administrative tasks and client evaluations. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Client Service Supervisor at Workforce Opportunity Services, focusing on career development and ensuring client satisfaction. Christina then joined Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey in 2013, initially as a Human Resources Specialist and later as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed recruiting initiatives, benefits administration, and employee relations. Since 2015, Christina has been working at Emerson Reid, first as a Human Resources Generalist and currently as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they oversee daily HR operations, coordinates employee benefit programs, assists with recruiting, and supports payroll.

Christina Kelder earned a high school diploma from Indian Hills High School between 2003 and 2007. Christina then attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2008 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
