Melissa Uhl is the Chief Growth Officer at Elemental Excelerator and also holds the title of Chief Of Staff and Policy & Strategy at Energy Excelerator. In addition to their current role, Melissa is a Climate Advisor at Emerson Collective, a Board Observer at Hohonu, a Founding Board Member at Earthshot Ventures, and a Board Observer at enVerid Systems, Inc. Melissa previously worked as an Attorney at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, focusing on Democratic Governance at UNDP, and in Government Affairs at Environmental Working Group. Melissa has a J.D. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and a BS in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University.
