Jessica Pinate, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Emerson Collective since July 2022. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom, where significant achievements included the redesign of HR processes, development of health and wellness programs, and implementation of a paperless benefits enrollment system. Jessica has a strong background in benefits administration and employee relations, having served as HR Business Partner and Benefits Administrator at Goodwill of Silicon Valley. Additional experience spans recruitment, employee communications, and operational support in various organizations, including UCSB Library and Snapwire. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
