Aiman Fatma currently serves as a Program Advisor for Global Outreach at Emeritus since August 2024. Previously, Aiman held the position of Senior Counsellor at Suraasa from September 2023 to August 2024, providing mentorship through Zoom sessions focused on international qualifications among Commonwealth countries. Prior experience includes volunteering with Youngistaan, an NGO dedicated to community improvement, and serving as Core Team Lead at Dragcon, where Aiman managed organizational missions and event coordination globally for three years. Aiman also completed a summer internship as Human Resources Manager at Insplore Consultants. Aiman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Birmingham City University and another BBA from Lovely Professional University, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Mount Carmel High School and St. Joseph's Convent High School in Patna.
