Paul Cugnet currently serves as Directeur Développement Grands Projets et Consultations at Marignan since November 2022, overseeing consultation responses in Île-de-France and supporting local agencies and complex project development. Additionally, Paul has been responsible for Corporate Real Estate Development at Emerige since October 2016, focusing on initiating tertiary operations such as offices and hotels. Prior experience includes a role at SEMAPA PARIS from July 2005 to September 2016, where Paul managed marketing and development missions, including organizing consultations and negotiating property sales. From 1998 to 2004, Paul worked at TNS Sofres Automotive, leading international marketing studies for major automotive clients. Paul holds a degree in Service Public from Sciences Po, a Master in Urban Planning from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, and a Master in Marketing and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
