Fredrik Hagstroem has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fredrik is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Emergn, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Enterprise Platforms and Solutions at Emergn from April 2016 to March 2020. Fredrik also worked as a Principal Consultant at Emergn from March 2010 to April 2016.

In addition to their roles at Emergn, Fredrik was a Principal Consultant at Walmart Technology from January 2016 to July 2018. Fredrik also served as Agile Transformation Lead at Credit Suisse from October 2013 to April 2015, and as an Agile Expert at the Student Loans Company from September 2012 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Fredrik held positions such as Management Consultant at A.P. Moller - Maersk from December 2010 to June 2012 and Management Consultant at E.ON IS GmbH from March 2010 to July 2010. Fredrik also worked at Cybercom Group, serving as the IT Manager at Cybercom Singapore Pte Ltd from August 2008 to January 2010, and as a Systems Architect at CyberCom Consulting Group from May 2002 to July 2008. Fredrik started their career as a Senior Consultant at Cybercom Group before moving on to roles as a Solutions Architect at SonyEricsson and a Product Manager at Nasdaq.

Fredrik Hagstroem obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on German, from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications in various fields, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Equity First, Certificate of Professional Advancement, MBA Essentials, AWS Partner Accreditation, Negotiation Programme, Python for Data Science and AI, and many others.
