Valeriya Fedotikova's work experience includes:

- Currently working at Emerging Travel Group as a Data Protection Officer since June 2023.

- Previously worked at KDV Group as a Data Protection Officer from July 2021 to April 2023.

- Worked as a Legal Advisor at МегаФон from June 2020 to July 2021.

- Held the position of Senior Lawyer at RocketBank from August 2017 to May 2020.

- Worked as a Legal Counsel at Yandex from February 2016 to October 2016. In this role, they specialized in legal support for new services, users and license agreements, user complaints, and law restrictions for online services. Valeriya also developed the methodology of application of the "right to be forgotten" inside the Yandex search engine.

Valeriya Fedotikova completed their education with a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Public Law from the Higher School of Economics, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Russian State University of Justice from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained the degree of "специалист" in "юрист" (law).
