Vadim Kuptsov is an experienced product leader with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as Director of Product, Accommodation at Emerging Travel Group since October 2022, Vadim oversees access to a vast network of accommodations worldwide. As a Product Mentor at GoPractice, Inc., Vadim co-authored "Technical Skills for Product Managers" and develops original materials for PM Switchers. Previously, Vadim held various roles at Tinkoff, including Director of Product for ML Monetization, where successful launches of ML-based products led to significant increases in customer base and revenue. Additionally, Vadim’s experience includes teaching product analytics at GeekBrains and developing web applications in previous software development roles. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
