Gaurav Goel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and supply chain management, particularly in the neurovascular sector. Gaurav has held various leadership roles at Medtronic since May 2015, currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain for Neurovascular. Prior positions at Medtronic include Sr Director of Global Operations & Integrated Business Planning and Director of Strategic Supply Management & Engineering. Additionally, Gaurav is a Limited Partner at Emergent Ventures since January 2020. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Target and Abbott, where Gaurav focused on distribution operations, process development, and continuous improvement. Gaurav began a career as an R&D Engineer at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
