Sandra Lea Otsuki, SPHR, serves as the VP of People at ANDE Rapid DNA, bringing extensive experience in human resources from various leadership roles. Previously, Sandra held positions as a Human Resources Consultant at Otsuki Group Inc., Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Empower Retirement, and Human Resources Director at RockPile Energy Services. Additionally, Sandra has provided HR leadership and consultancy through Otsuki Group, Inc. Educationally, Sandra is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver.
