Lyn McClendon is an experienced healthcare professional with over 35 years in nursing and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as RN Mentorship at Elle M Consulting LLC, Lyn offers targeted mentoring to RN nursing graduates in various hospital units, and as a Healthcare Nurse Consultant, provides expert advice to small and medium healthcare organizations. In the role of Director of Cardiac Cath Lab at Emergency Hospital Systems, Lyn oversees the operation of two cardiac cath labs, focusing on patient care, safety policies, and clinical performance auditing. Previous positions include Occupational RN Consultant Manager for the Office of Medical Director in Washington, Medical Staffing Recruiter, and Peri-anesthesia Clinical Manager. Lyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Pacific Lutheran University and has been involved with the American Heart Association as ACLS Regional Faculty. Additionally, Lyn represented Washington as Mrs. Washington 2005.
