Paula Flores has extensive experience in social services and clinical program management, currently serving as a Certified Instrument Tech in the Sterilization Department at Sierra Medical Center since November 2016. With a career spanning nearly two decades at Emergence Health Network, Paula holds positions including Community Liaison, QMHP, and Caseworker II, demonstrating expertise in administrative oversight, compliance with contract guidelines, and direct supervision of staff for optimal client care. Previous experience includes roles at El Paso MHMR and Life Management Center, focusing on service coordination and job development for individuals with mental health needs. Paula holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from Park University and an Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology from El Paso Community College, along with a diploma in Airline Ticketing/Travel and Tourism.
