Faye Logan is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Quality and Improvement Manager and Southern Regional Manager at Emerge Aotearoa since June 2016. Prior to this, Faye held various managerial roles at Canterbury District Health Board, including Project Manager for People and Capability, where responsibilities encompassed implementing organization development projects. Faye's earlier positions included Team Leader for Mental Health at South Island Shared Service Agency and Business Development Manager in Information Services at Canterbury District Health Board. Faye began a career in mental health as an Occupational Therapist, progressing to key leadership roles and contributing significantly to service development and workforce training.
