Kassidie Cross has extensive experience in sales operations and compensation. Kassidie currently holds the position of VP, Sales Operations & Compensation at Emerald, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Stryker, where they held various roles including Director, Sales Compensation and Senior Manager, Sales Compensation. Cross also has experience in finance and operations analysis, having worked as a Finance and Operations Analyst at Net@Work. Kassidie started their career as an Operations Analyst at Ironshore Holdings, Inc. Cross began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at DRG Inc - Executive Search Consultants and also worked as a Peer Educator In Residence at NYU Residential Education.

Kassidie Cross earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from New York University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Data Analytics at the University of Southern Indiana, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Kassidie holds certifications in MS Access and MS Excel from Microsoft, which were obtained in 2004.
