Mitchell Rierson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Emerald Textiles since April 2023, overseeing operations and delivery across 12 processing sites and 2 depots in California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. As a Partner at TEAM Consulting, LLC since February 2022, Mitchell aids clients in supply chain and manufacturing improvements, focusing on reshoring feasibility studies. Previously, at Precision Castparts from May 2016 to February 2021, Mitchell held general management roles, successfully turning around unprofitable sites and significantly increasing sales. Mitchell's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Zodiac Aerospace from July 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed developing lean manufacturing practices across numerous sites, and a tenure at Toyota from February 1995 to July 2008 that involved implementing the Toyota Production System. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
