Michael Revensburg serves as General Counsel at Emerald Technology Ventures since July 2020, having previously held the same position at Black Swan Equity Partners LLP from October 2018 to June 2020. Prior to these roles, Michael worked at UBS, where positions included Director for Wealth Management - Private Equity and Director for UBS Legal Switzerland - Alternative Investments Funds from January 2012 to October 2018. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Legal Advisor at Danske Bank's Danske Capital and various legal roles within the Group Legal Department and Danish Legal Department from August 2003 to January 2012. Additionally, a secondment took place at Mayer Brown in 2007. Michael began the legal career as an Assistant Attorney-at-Law at Kromann Reumert from February 2002 to July 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master of Law in International Law from UNSW, a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen, and a BA in Law from the same institution.
