Kayla Steilen is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles at Aegis Living since September 2019, including Marketing Director, Community Relations Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Move-in Coordinator, and Marketing Administration and Concierge. Prior to this, Kayla served as a Sports Marketing Intern at Central Washington University from September 2018 to June 2019, assisting the Athletic Director with promotions and behind-the-scenes tasks for collegiate sports. Additional experience includes working as a Prestige Beauty Advisor and Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty from June 2016 to January 2018, where knowledge of products and client needs was crucial, and as an Online Sales Manager at SpringStar Inc. in summer 2015, focusing on inventory management and product packaging. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Central Washington University, completed in 2019.
