Adela GarcÃa-MartÃn has a diverse work experience. Adela began their career in 2001 as a Predoctoral Research in Molecular Biology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Múnchen, where they studied protein-ligand "in vivo" biosystems in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry and the Max Planck Institute in Mullheim an der Ruhr, Germany. In 2007, they moved to CIB-CSIC as a Postdoctoral Research and then to Centro de Investigaciones Biomédicas en Red de Enfermedades Raras (CIBERer) as a Postdoctoral Research, where they studied the pathophysiology and molecular genetics of haemostatic disorders and the role of platelet proteins in the regulation of haemostasis and thrombogenesis. In 2010, they joined FUNDACIÓN JIMENEZ DIAZ as a Postdoctoral Research Juan de la Cierva. In 2013, they became a Researcher in the Department of Bioengineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, CIEMAT-CIBERER, IIS-Fu and a Visiting Professor in the same department. Adela also coordinated different subjects related to tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. Adela has directed six Bachelor Thesis. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Postdoctoral Senior at Emerald Health Biotechnology España, S.L.U (formerly Vivacell Biotechnology España, S.L.U) and then as a Senior Scientist at Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals.
Adela GarcÃa-MartÃn has an education history that includes a Doctor of Molecular Biology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, obtained between 2001 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Biology from Córdoba University, obtained between 1993 and 1999. Adela also has additional certifications, including one from the Agencia Estatal de Investigación obtained in October 2019, and one from ANECA obtained in December 2018.
