Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susan started their career as a Project Manager at eCollege in 1997 and later transitioned to the role of Program Manager at Echostar in 2001. In 2005, they joined CenterStone Technologies as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they played a crucial role in delivering enterprise technology solutions and optimizing customer experience. Susan then moved on to become the Director of Client Services at CenterStone Technologies, leading a team of account managers and project managers to integrate customer success strategies into key projects. Susan's expertise in client services led their to PlumRiver Technologies/Elastic Suite, where they served as the Senior Director of Client Services. In this role, they provided strategic direction and operational oversight for the successful upgrade of a global B2B platform for numerous strategic clients. Most recently, Susan has taken on the position of Director of Customer Success Operations at Emerald, where they lead a 10-member team responsible for post go-live customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product adoption. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving continuous improvement, and fostering professional development within their teams.

Susan Anderson received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Denver, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
